Returns
When as a buyer you purchase parts or spares from us, please ensure that you have the correct part number/variation/model number/size or any other applicable varying factor. If you are unsure please contact us prior to purchase. I promise that we do not bite and we will endeavour to do the best we can to advise you. This saves everyone time and money. Plus you get the correct item much quicker!
In any event that you may receive a less than perfect product e.g. something is damaged in the post then a replacement will be issued free of charge or a full refund given. In this event we offer our most sincere apologies and we aim to rectify the issue as quickly as we can.
We offer discount to trade customers upon request and to regular buyers too. We hope to soon offer a loyalty scheme for these customers too. This will mean the more that you buy the more you save! We share the benefit of increased sales with our buyers by offering further discount. We hope that this supports the low rate of returns that we currently have.
All items for return must be in their original state and condition upon receipt. If an item arrives back to us damaged due to being badly packed we will not refund and it will the responsibility of the buyer to claim costs back from your chosen delivery provider or service. For the benefit of everyone please ensure that any returned item is returned registered mail so as the exact location of the item can be verified in the event of any return delivery issues.
Please also ensure that ALL items for return contain return information so that we know who has returned it. We cannot process refunds or replacements when we do not know who has sent us the item in the first place! We process alot of items in a week and so we cannot keep track of each and every one. Please include where possible the following information:
- Any applicable usernames
- Your full name and address
- A contact number and/or email address
- The reason for return
- Whether a replacement or refund is required
- Any reference numbers that are applicable
This information will help us to process reurns as quickly and efficiently as possible. All items returned where applicable will be tested prior to replacement or refund. Please allow us adequate time to do this, We will process your return as quickly as possible to avoid delays and problems.
In the event that your item does have a broken LCD screen due to WEEE regulations and our Duty of Care responsibilities towards your TV, to prevent damage to the environment and/or health especially that of children we must retain your broken screen. Broken screens put people at risk of mercury leakage from the LCD tubes. In this instance we can only release the item to another registered WEEE site or to remove the hazard by removing the broken screen. Full details of the screen will be provided to you should you not wish for us to replace the screen for you. This is applicable to any item that has an LCD screen including TVs and laptops.
