Free delivery
The inland free delivery option is only applicable on items under 4kg in weight. We are sorry but for costing reasons we cannot offer free delivery overseas. For details about delivery for items over 4kg or for items going internationally, please consult the tables detailed on the Delivery page where full details of all delivery information are given.
If we have arranged for delivery of an item to you and the item is returned to us due to non-delivery. You as the buyer are responsible for any reshipping costs. If you purchase in error the wrong item or variation of an item. Return of this item falls to you as a buyer. Any shipping costs for out the correct item will fall to you as a buyer. Items will not be shipped in this instance until shipping costs are paid. Charges for shipping are detailed above. This charge does not apply in cases whereby the error is ours as a seller.... we are only human after all, mistakes do happen sometimes!
For the purchase of spares and parts we offer an onsite fitting service this is applicable to all TV, laptop and computer parts. If you arrange to either bring your item or have it delivered to us then we will do all the hard work for you. There is a small fee for this service but this will be a maximum of £35. Please check out our Services section for more information about this service or if you would prefer you can contact us for more information or details. Again details on how you can go about contacting us can be found on the relevant section of the website. There is just about every means possible to contact us listed :)
In the event that you make multiple purchases from us then shipping will be combined within the weight limits. This means shipping costs maybe reduced This passes a saving on to you as a buyer. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight so combining some purchases may make your items more expensive. If this were to be the case then please purchase as single transactions.

Should the situation arise whereby there is a breach of terms and conditions. We reserve the right to without fail and with immediate effect terminate your use of our website. About us
www.sivillservice.co.uk is a website that is run and operated by Sivill Service. We are an Individual registered as such as Sole Trader with HMRC in England and Wales (Chris Sivill Trading As Sivill Service). We aim in the future to become a Registered Company but we are not quite there yet having suffered from a total loss of stock after a pipe in the flat above our shop burst and flooded us out 3 years ago resulting in a total loss of stock. We had not a penny back from the Landlord as yet. Our Registered Offices are to be found at 20A Market Place, Tattershall, Lincolnshire, LN4 4LJ. We are not yet VAT registered and do not charge VAT on any of our items. As soon as we have a VAT number all relevant details will be added. We are still recovering financially from the loss of our stock and having to restart with very little stock and equipment meaning we have been operating on a loss. With the launch of this website the future is looking brighter for us. FIngers crossed we can turn this around soon :)
